Hello

Today, I want to talk about the famous website “YouTube”.

Youtube is my favourite website ever; I used every day, always I need see many videos about classic music, because this website provides updated information on the progress around  the word, so it very useful to me and contribute to my music studies.

The first time when I accessed youtube, I keep me awake at night, because I can´t stop to see fanny videos and listen and watch classic music videos. Since the first day I visit this website I fell in love! It is amazing.

I usually watch music videos, and in my free times whit my friends watch “fanny videos”. It is very rare when I post a comment in a video, I do that only when I considered a really amazing video. However, I always click on “I like it” if some video like me.

My favourite channel on youtube is:  “what da faq show”, it is a channel was “Mox”  (the presenter for the all videos) makes a mix whit the most visit and sharing videos in  any personal websites, web pages, blogs and/or social networking sites (MySpace, Youtube, Facebook , Twitter etc.). This types or videos called “viral videos”. Well, he mix this curios and fanny videos and makes a little edit presentations were he talks and make jokes whit the different situations showed by the videos. He is a Peruvian young men, and this channel is targeted a Latin-American’s young people audience.

the fooooddddd! ñami

Hello!!

Today I to talk about the food, as the saying goes: “we are what we eat”, it’s very important to our life, because have a healthy nutrition is a fundamental aspect of life quality.

I always try to eat vegetables and fruit, because I love it! My mom knows that, so when I go to La Serena to visit her, always before lunch she serve me a big salad only for me. However I have problems whit “maize”, I think when I was little I have a minimal traumatic experience whit the maize, because today I can´t see it, I can´t smells it and I can´t eat it! The maize is disgusting to me.

The other type of food I really like are the seafood, as well you know I from La Serena and my dad is marine biologist, so always when I was a child I was eating every day seafood with he. To my mom and my grandmother cooking is pure and simple to them and has been based especially in seafood. My favourite seafood dish is “Grilled fish whit rise and chopped tomatoes”.

Today my parents were divorced, and my dad have a new wife, she is Nicole and she from Lima, Perú. They live in La Serena too, and I have never met a woman who cooks like she did. It is really amazing, the country’s cuisine is just as much a symbol of Peru's identity, and I can prove it with Nicole. The first time when I taste Peruvian cuisine I can´t stop to eat, from its magical ceviche to its succulent roasted chicken and its chinese-peruvian fused food (as well know like “chifa”) to its soothing chicken stew with a spicy, cheese-based sauce, etc. and etc. this day became an addiction to me, every summer I have the possibility to travel to lima whit my family and always when I arrived in Chile more fat!! .

The time it´s over! Well, see you the next time and don´t stop to eat!!!

Bye bye

the environment

Hello everyone!!

This week’s post is related about environment. It is a topic very important and controversial, because today everyone is suffering from the pollution here, and when I talk about “everyone” I means about throughout the world: the people, flora and fauna.

Today there are few regulations about the environment, and I hope that changes, because in the contemporary world the damage that the pollution can do with the traditional environment is being irreparably damage in many regions and non-renewable natural resources destroyed. This situation makes me feel powerless and very disappointing for the incompetence of governments around the world.

However, exists many organizations that concerned about the environment, for example “Greenpeace”, they are a not-for-profit global organization and the development of this work is bases on practices of resistance and hindrance, and his objective is to question and throw light the damage done by the pollution and resulting in increasing the temperature on earth, often called “Global warming”.

Global warming now seems to be unavoidable and one of the first consequences will to change the hydrological cycles, that means climate changes.
